Lead, decide and act at the level of impact you want to create.
EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR LEADERS OPERATING AT THE INTERSECTION OF TECHNOLOGY, PEOPLE AND BUSINESS.
PARTNERED WITH LEADERS AND TEAMS AT:
Strong leadership is shaped by who you are, and it’s measured by what’s made possible for the people and purpose you serve.
You may be here because the decisions and relationships you face have become more complex. And the way you lead today is not yet creating the impact you want or are expected to deliver. You feel the tension, and holding it alone is starting to drain your energy and confidence. Others start noticing friction in your decisions and behaviours too.
Maybe you sense that trust in your leadership is being challenged. Maybe you hear you need to be more strategic, more collaborative, more directive, or it's your executive presence that's limiting your influence. Some feedback is useful, some is vague or even contradictory. Or maybe you're being called to lead in ways that don't feel like you anymore, and that's starting to cost you.
Hi, I’m Monika,
I'm an accredited Executive Coach with 15 years of experience as a leader and operator across B2B technology startups and global enterprises, including the BBC and Bain & Company.
I’ve been in rooms where consequential decisions took place, about people, products and organisations. I came to coaching through that experience, with a deep belief in the value of strong leadership and a leader's capability to keep expanding.
Who I work with
I work with leaders at the intersection of technology, people and business.
We work with your decisions, relationships and context. With your presence, patterns, assumptions, values and strengths that shape how you lead, decide and act under pressure.
Titles matter less than the weight of what you carry. In practice my clients are senior managers, directors, VPs, founders and C-suite executives navigating where these domains collide and compound.
Some are earlier in their leadership journey, strengthening their foundations. Others are carrying decisions that affect many. What they share isn’t the title, it’s their commitment to making a difference and a belief that how they lead matters. They see leadership as a practice and a great responsibility, not only a position.
