  • Stepping into a broader role where what worked before is no longer enough. Recalibrating how you lead, decide and act at the level the role now requires.

  • Navigating the gap between the leader you're expected to be and who you feel yourself to be. Building the confidence and courage to lead from who you actually are.

  • Making high-stakes decisions without the certainty you'd like and preparing for the conversations and consequences that follow.

  • Navigating misalignment, competing agendas or tension with peers, stakeholders, your board or your own leadership team.

  • Leading through significant change, restructures, layoffs, strategy pivots, mergers, without losing the trust of the people around you.

  • Creating space to think in a role that can feel increasingly isolating. 

  • Building the relationships and influence that let you lead effectively beyond your immediate team.

  • Developing the people around you. Creating the conditions for your team to think and act effectively, and to do their best work without depending on you for every decision.

  • Preparing for a significant transition. Working out not just what comes next, but who you want to be in that chapter.

The work is not about fixing your leadership style or adopting someone’s playbook.

There isn’t a single leadership approach that always works.

It’s about expanding your leadership range, so you have more choice in how you lead, decide and act in the moments that matter most, and not default to what’s familiar or comfortable.

How will you know if we’re a fit

I believe coaching is a partnership. One that is both supportive and challenging, exploratory and practical.

Where useful, I offer tried and tested tools to sharpen thinking, not replace it. I'll ask the questions you haven't asked yourself or avoided exploring. I'll hold the mirror honestly and without judgement, and create space for you to hear yourself think. And I'll hold what you share with care and in confidence.

Our coaching partnership works when there's genuine commitment, honest conversation, and clarity on what we're working towards. If you're ready to do that work, we're likely to work well together.

How will this work in practice

Our initial 1:1 executive coaching partnership starts with a 3 or 6-month commitment.

Discovery conversation

A confidential space to explore your situation, goals, what you want to work towards, and whether this is the right fit. Once we schedule our initial conversation, you’ll receive a few reflective intake questions to help us both prepare for our discovery call.

Ongoing coaching partnership

Fortnightly or monthly 60-minute sessions focused on real decisions, situations and actions; the frequency depends on what you want to work towards.

Coaching agreement

We define what matters, how we’ll work together, and what success looks like for you.

Between sessions

Light-touch support over email or WhatsApp, practical reflective practices, and accountability support, where useful, optional short spot sessions for high-pressure moments.

First coaching conversation

A 90-minute session where we explore further where you’re right now, what’s holding you back and what’s serving you - and what might become possible.

I work with a small number of organisations each year to support leaders through transitions, expanded responsibility, or periods of significant change.

Each year, I offer a limited number of pro bono and reduced-fee coaching partnerships to individuals working in charities and non-profits focused on climate emergency, women’s health, mental wellbeing and disability empowerment.
