Lead, decide and act at the level of impact you want to create.
This is where we do the work.
EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR LEADERS OPERATING AT THE INTERSECTION OF TECHNOLOGY, PEOPLE AND BUSINESS.
Strong leadership is shaped by who you are, and it’s measured by what’s made possible for the people and purpose you serve.
THE LEADERS I WORK WITH ARE AMBITIOUS AND COMMITTED TO MAKING A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE.
You may be here because the decisions and relationships you face have become more complex. And the way you lead today is not yet creating the impact you want or are expected to deliver.
Maybe you hear you need to be more strategic, more collaborative, more directive, or it's your executive presence that's limiting your influence.
Some feedback is useful, some is vague or even contradictory. Or maybe you're being called to lead in ways that don't feel like you anymore, and that's starting to cost you.
The work is not about fixing your leadership style or adopting someone’s playbook. There isn’t a single leadership approach that always works. It is about expanding how you lead, decide and act, while staying true to who you are. I’ll ask the questions you haven’t asked yourself or avoided exploring. So that you have more choice and confidence in the moments that matter.
What we will work on together
The work we will do is GROUNDED IN your reality and in service of your goals.
We work with your decisions, relationships and context. With your presence, patterns, assumptions, values and strengths that shape how you lead, decide and act under pressure.
HERE IS WHAT WE TYPICALLY WORK ON:
Stepping into a broader role with greater confidence and clarity
Making high-stakes decisions without the certainty you'd like
Navigating misalignment, competing agendas or tension
Leading through change
Influencing beyond your immediate team
Developing your people
Preparing for transition
Leading authentically
Hi, I’m Monika,
ACCREDITED EXECUTIVE COACH AND CONFIDENTIAL THINKING PARTNER FOR LEADERS NAVIGATING HIGH-STAKES DECISIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS.
I came to coaching through 15 years of my own experience as a leader and operator across technology startups and enterprises, including senior product leadership roles at the BBC and Bain & Company. I had successes and made mistakes. Some learnings took me years to land. Each one posed a choice about the kind of leader — and person — I wanted to become.
I believe coaching is a partnership. One that is both supportive and challenging, exploratory and practical. I create a space to think deeply, and I use tools deliberately to sharpen thinking and encourage curiosity, not to replace them.
